Note You will define the technology roadmap for the commercial organization with inputs from various stakeholders and facilitate greater collaboration between IT and marketing
You will identify opportunities and provide solutions for leveraging technology in a better way for enhancing customer engagement and experience across channels while keeping in view the changing consumer needs
You will evaluate the IT system requirements for marketing incorporating inputs from relevant stakeholders and create the functional requirement document for the IT team You will select the optimal software and vendor in line with the requirements (e.g. DMS, CRM, and Business Intelligence) while working with the IT team You will drive the implementation and adoption of any new technology/ or change and facilitate the change process across stakeholder groups and ensure effective implementation
You will provide inputs to the marketing teams for crafting better campaigns, programs, and customer experiences that effectively leverage technology and data-You will critically measure and evaluate the impact of that technology, identify gaps and continuously recommend opportunities for improvement
